The Fertility Studio Reset Sessions - Sundays @ 8pm, 75 mins - €19/class

€19.00

The Fertility Studio Reset Sessions are your weekly opportunity to get on your mat and bring your whole system back into balance. When life is busy but in the background you’re focused on your fertility and trying for a baby, carving time out on a regular basis to nourish your nervous system is a must.

I have designed these Sunday Sessions to use movement, deep tissue release, breathwork and fertility inspired meditation to reset the nervous system and connect with the bodies inherent ability to relax - there aren’t many opportunities to do this in daily life and this is the perfect Sunday Setup Ritual to head into a balanced and calm week.

These classes are weekly (you can drop in when it suits or sign up for a block of 4), can be done in the comfort of your own space over zoom, no experience of yoga is necessary and this is a safe practice for whatever phase of your menstrual cycle you’re in, even if you’re actively trying to conceive.

What to expect in class:

  • Slow flows that increase circulation and relieve tension

  • Long holds to target deep tissue release

  • No poses that are contraindicated in a pre-natal practice

  • Breathwork that is designed to induce relaxation

  • Fertility focused meditation

  • A safe space to release stress, process emotions and nurture your fertility
