This program is designed to start just after you finish your period in your follicular phase. You will work your way through each section depending on your cycle length and when each phase is relevant for you.

The Follicular Phase - Calm, Connection, and Your San Kalpa

We begin by focusing on the follicular phase, helping you activate the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress and increase relaxation. Through grounding breathwork and gentle yoga, we create the foundation for fertility wellness and the formation of San Kalpa.

Ovulation - Honouring Ovulation and Fertility Potential

We center our practices around ovulation—your body's most fertile time. We’ll guide you through yoga and breathwork that align with the physical and energetic shifts of this vital phase, enhancing your fertility potential and helping you feel empowered. We also encourage partner participation this week, whether its sharing a practice together or doing the couples meditation together.

Luteal Phase - Supporting Emotional and Physical Balance

During the luteal phase, our focus shifts to grounding and soothing practices. We guide you through gentle movements and deep relaxation to help you manage the emotional and physical changes that occur as your body prepares for menstruation or if conception has occurred.

Bleeding Phase - Nourishing Rest and Rejuvenation

In the bleeding phase, we offer restorative yoga and meditation practices designed to help your body rest, release, and rejuvenate. This week focuses on supporting your body’s natural detoxification process while honoring the need for deep self-care.

A Fresh Cycle - Enhancing Circulation and Energy

This section is for the follicular phase, if your starting a fresh cycle, we focus on boosting circulation to the reproductive organs and nurturing the growth and renewal of your body. Expect energizing practices that promote vitality and prepare your body for ovulation.

  • The Fertility Studio Method is a 6-week program designed to support your fertility through yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Each week aligns with a phase of your menstrual cycle, helping to reduce stress, improve circulation, balance hormones, and create an environment conducive to conception.

  • Yes, this program is designed to support both natural conception and those undergoing IVF. The practices focus on reducing stress and promoting optimal hormonal balance, which is beneficial for all women on a fertility journey, regardless of their approach. It is recommended to begin the program for a full natural cycle before starting an IVF cycle. During the IVF cycle once you have the go ahead from your medical team you can continue with the Week 4 and Week 5 practices and the meditations.

  • No, this program is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. The practices are gentle and designed to support your body’s unique needs during each phase of your menstrual cycle, so you can comfortably participate, regardless of your prior experience with yoga.

  • Each section includes a mix of yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices, ranging from 10-30 minutes to be practiced while you are in the relevant phase of your cycle. We recommend setting aside this time to get the maximum benefit, but the program is designed to be flexible to fit into your schedule.

  • You will have access to the program for 12 weeks when you join. While the program is enough content for one cycle, for optimum results, if pregnancy has not occurred, repeating the program for 2 more months will give you optimum results.

  • The post-ovulation practice is designed to be completely safe for early pregnancy, but always prioritize safety and consult your doctor if you're unsure of anything. We are also creating an early pre-natal practice which will be included with this program should conception occur, which will take the place of your Week 5 “Bleeding Phase” practice. The pregnancy week will be available mid-June ‘25.

  • A San Kalpa is a deeply felt intention or resolve from the heart. In the context of fertility, your San Kalpa is the desire to become a mother, and this program helps you align your body, mind, and spirit with this intention, creating the emotional and energetic space needed to manifest your goal.

  • No worries! The program is designed to guide you through the entire cycle, regardless of where you are when you begin. Each section will focus on a specific phase of the cycle, and you can always return to previous section as needed to support your ongoing fertility journey. However, to get the maximum benefit and best user experience, it is best to start the program at the beginning in your Follicular phase just after you finish your period.
