This program is designed for women navigating IVF or other assisted reproductive treatments, including IUI cycles. Whether you are taking oral medications, undergoing stimulation and monitoring, preparing for insemination, or waiting through the two-week window, the practices within this program are adapted to complement each stage. Each session is safe, supportive, and restorative - helping you manage stress, regulate your nervous system, and stay grounded while your body does the important work of trying to conceive.

The Stimulation Phase - Calm, Connection, and Your San Kalpa
We begin by focusing on the Stimulation phase, helping you activate the parasympathetic nervous system to reduce stress and increase relaxation. Through grounding breathwork and gentle yoga, we create the foundation for fertility wellness and the formation of San Kalpa.
End of Stimulation - Trigger, Egg Retrieval, Transfer and the 2-week wait
As ovarian stimulation comes to an end, the body enters one of the most important and delicate stages of the IVF journey. After days of daily hormone injections, the ovaries are enlarged and full of maturing follicles. Our yoga practices during this phase are very gentle and designed to reduce stress, and create a receptive internal environment.
Meditations and Yoga Nidra
The meditations and guided yoga nidra practices are designed to connect you with a calm and optimistic internal environment and can be particularly beneficial to ground you during treatment.

Yes, this program is designed to support both natural conception and those undergoing IVF. The practices focus on reducing stress and promoting optimal hormonal balance, which is beneficial for all women on a fertility journey, regardless of their approach. It is recommended to begin the program for a full natural cycle before starting an IVF cycle. If you have already begun treatment or are about to enter your stimulation phase you can take the IVF edition here.

No, this program is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. The practices are gentle and designed to support your body’s unique needs during each phase of your menstrual cycle, so you can comfortably participate, regardless of your prior experience with yoga.

Each section includes a mix of yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices, ranging from 10-30 minutes to be practiced while you are in the relevant phase of your cycle. We recommend setting aside this time to get the maximum benefit, but the program is designed to be flexible to fit into your schedule.

You will have access to the program for 12 weeks when you join. While the program is enough content for one cycle, for optimum results, if pregnancy has not occurred, repeating the program for 2 more months will give you optimum results.

The post-ovulation practice is designed to be completely safe for early pregnancy, but always prioritize safety and consult your doctor if you're unsure of anything. We are also creating an early pre-natal practice which will be included with this program should conception occur, which will take the place of your Week 5 “Bleeding Phase” practice. The pregnancy week will be available mid-June ‘25.

A San Kalpa is a deeply felt intention or resolve from the heart. In the context of fertility, your San Kalpa is the desire to become a mother, and this program helps you align your body, mind, and spirit with this intention, creating the emotional and energetic space needed to manifest your goal.

No worries! The program is designed to guide you through the entire cycle, regardless of where you are when you begin. Each section will focus on a specific phase of the cycle, and you can always return to previous section as needed to support your ongoing fertility journey. However, to get the maximum benefit and best user experience, it is best to start the program at the beginning in your Follicular phase just after you finish your period.
