We’re thrilled that you're considering The Fertility Studio Method™ as part of your fertility journey. This program has been specifically designed to support women navigating the emotional and physical challenges of fertility. Through a blend of yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, the program will give you an opportunity to access the Parasympathetic Nervous System and help to manage stress - key factors in supporting your reproductive health and overall wellbeing.
How The Program Works - Natural Cycle
The Fertility Studio Method™ is structured to align with your body’s natural rhythms, syncing with your menstrual cycle, to match the the physical and emotional energy of each distinct phase. The program consists of 3 yoga classes and 1 meditation for each phase of your cycle; Follicular, Ovulation, Luteal and the Transition phase, incorporating yoga sequences, breathwork, and meditations designed to work in harmony with each phase. You will journey through the program, aligning your practice with each phase of your cycle with a view to restoring balance to your nervous system and improving your overall wellbeing, physically, mentally and emotionally.
How The Program Works - IVF Cycle
The Fertility Studio Method™ - IVF Edition has been adapted to align with the unique stages of an IVF cycle. While the original program follows the rhythm of the natural menstrual cycle, this tailored version mirrors the IVF treatment pathway - from ovarian stimulation, through egg retrieval and embryo transfer, and into the two-week wait. Each class has been carefully modified to support both body and mind at every step, with practices designed to reduce stress, ease physical discomfort, and promote nervous system balance.
How The Research Project Works…
As part of our research study, your participation will include filling out two surveys. The first will be completed at the start of the program, assessing your current physical, emotional, and mental state. This helps us understand where you are on your fertility journey and how we can best support you. At the end of the program, you’ll fill out a second survey to evaluate the impact of The Fertility Studio Method™ on your wellbeing and ability to manage stress. Your feedback will contribute to valuable insights that help us refine and improve the program for future participants.
Once you’ve completed the initial survey, which you can access below, you’ll receive an email with links to the sign up for either the Natural Cycle edition or the IVF edition, depending on your situation, granting you free access to The Fertility Studio Method™ program. This will allow you to begin your yoga for fertility journey, hopefully providing you with greater emotional resilience and physical wellbeing with the support of our carefully designed practices, all at no cost to you.

***As part of this clinical trial, you’re welcome to take part in cortisol testing before and after the program. This simple test helps us better understand how the practices may reduce stress and support your wellbeing. Taking part is completely optional – at the end of the Intake Survey, you’ll be able to choose whether to opt in or opt out. If you decide to opt in, someone from the clinic team will be in touch with you directly to guide you through the next steps.

This program is designed for women who are preparing for pregnancy, actively trying to conceive or undergoing fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, or egg freezing. It is most beneficial when started in preparation for treatment, as this allows time for the nervous system to reset and for the body to build resilience ahead of stimulation medications and procedures.

Yoga postures, particularly hip openers, can improve circulation to the reproductive organs. It can also help manage chronic stress, anxiety and overwhelm which can disrupt hormonal balance and impair reproductive health. By engaging the parasympathetic nervous system (the body’s “rest and digest” mode), these practices:

Yes, The Fertility Studio Method™ can be supportive for women preparing for or undergoing IVF. The program was originally designed to help prepare the body and mind ahead of an IVF protocol by calming the nervous system, supporting circulation, and aligning with the natural phases of the cycle. Many of the practices can also be beneficial during treatment, as they help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and create a sense of balance. The method aligns well with the phases of an IVF cycle - from stimulation, through transfer, and into the two-week wait - offering gentle, cycle-aware practices to support you at each stage. However, it is essential that you receive clearance from your fertility specialist or medical team before beginning or continuing any of these practices. The Fertility Studio Method™ is not a substitute for medical treatment, and participation is always at your own discretion and responsibility.

Yes. The practices in the transfer and two-week wait phases are designed to be safe in very early pregnancy. If pregnancy occurs, the program transitions into grounding, calming practices to support the nervous system while honouring the early stages of pregnancy.
